FAQ'S
How long will my dog be out for?
Pick-up typically begins around 45 minutes before the scheduled field time, followed by a 60-minute session in the field. After the session, allow up to another 45 minutes for drop-off.
Timings can vary depending on your location, but on average your dog will be out for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Can I drop my dog off?
Can my dog go for both sessions?
Can I pay monthly?
Unfortunately we do not allow dogs to be picked up & dropped off at the field.
Yes, dogs can attend both sessions if they're happy travelling (they usually enjoy a good snooze between sessions!)
Yes. Monthly, weekly and daily payment options are available - whatever suits you best!
Is my dog too old to join?
We accept all ages. As long as they don't mind the journey & enjoy the company of others they're welcome to join!
My dog isn't neutred, can they still join?
Intact dogs are accepted at our sessions. However, participation is dependent on appropriate behaviour. Dogs showing persistent unwanted behaviours (including mounting, aggression, or disruptive fixation on other dogs) may be asked to leave or may not be accepted into future sessions.
My dog isn't spayed, can they still join?
Spaying is not a requirement for female dogs to participate. However, females in season are not permitted to attend sessions.
I work shifts, can they attend different days each week?
Yes. We understand that shift work can vary from week to week, and dogs are welcome to attend on different days. We do ask that you let us know your required days as early as possible, as permanent bookings are given priority and spaces are limited.
My dog is shy/nervous, can they still join?
Yes, we welcome shy and nervous dogs. We enjoy working with dogs to help build their confidence at their own pace. To support them properly, we carefully match dogs with calm, suitable companions. This may mean you’ll need to be flexible with the days or groups your dog attends to ensure the best possible experience for them.
What time is pick up for the 10:30AM session?
Pick up starts at approx 9:30am - 9:45am
What time is pick up for the 1:30PM session?
Pick up starts at approx 12:30pm - 12:45pm
Are there any sessions at the weekend?
We don’t currently run social sessions at the weekend. However, we do plan occasional meet-ups where dogs and owners can attend together and see the groups in action.
Sam also runs Trek Walks on Sundays, with 1-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour options available, which are ideal if your dog needs some extra exercise.
